Best thing about the hotel is it's close to everything! Cafes, breakfast places, restaurants, food courts, liquor store, gas town, Stanley park etc.. was great not having to drive anywhere"

"Great place to stay convenient to travel to many places. I had booked yours and hotel provided pick up and drop off at this hotel. This was excellent. Ordered room service on one of the evenings sbd the quality of food was outstanding. Lots of great eating places all ranges of prices near the hotel. Brilliant location. Only criticism was on arrival I was not told how to use the lift to access room floor. Another customer helped as there was a sequence of how to do this. Just needed to be told...

"The layout was odd. There was not a good place to put our clothes in drawers (the only 2 drawers were located under the bar area, not in the bedroom) and the closet for hanging clothes was in the entry (not near the bedroom or bathroom) so we ended up leaving most of our clothes in our very visible luggage in the living area. The bathroom only had one hook on the door (or anywhere) for a single towel and nowhere to hang the only (1 for a double booking) bath robe provided so it had to be hung...
