"Great staff and hotel, please fix the hot water "

"We arrived, checked in and went to sleep, in the morning the floor of our room was covered in water from a leaking toilet. The front desk was very efficient, and put us in an upgraded room for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast lived up to it's reputation, it had a great selection any a large selection."

"We really liked the property, the staff was nice, they were kind, offered help literally on every task, took our luggage to the room, the breakfast was to die for, the rooftop bar with the pool, happy hour and the view was spectacular. "

"The actual rooms could be cleaner , but over all the rest of the hotel is beautiful, modern , staff is great. Hotel food could be better. Spa and massage rooms are amazing , have great accommodations. "

"Although the staff at reception was a little not accommodating based on the amenities I had to get from my membership this was resolved. Overall very comfortable stay and will stay again. The taxi guys at the entrance were a bit to over bearing though. "

"To me the area seems safe and accessible considering being a wheelchair user and that the hotel and property is wheelchair accessible but a lift system should be added to the pool. The staff was nice. Don’t like that the Gym is a bit small not a good enough options to choose from with workouts also the breakfast buffet can have a few more options added. bathroom is a bit small for people in wheelchairs but the rooms are very spacious and was clean overall my stay was spent without any major...
