"The check in process was quite long, approx 30 minutes which is unusual. The property and rooms were modern, well appointed and maintained. We were searching for the do not disturb sign which we discovered was actually a button on the wall. Very cool. The surrounding area had a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a pharmacy and convenience store right across the street. Very walkable and safe. Absolutely loved hanging out at the rooftop bar! "

The only downside was there were renovations happening throughout not only this hotel but the buildings next door so whether inside or outside you could hear the construction crews. "

"The resort was located in a good area. The rooms were spacious. The bar had $5 drinks every day from 6pm -9pm. Didn't use the pool but it was clean. The restaurant had an asian fusion flare. The wings were very good and truffle fries were freshly made. Had a late check out for a small fee. "

It convenient and a 5minute walk to the El Dorado Mall. All the restaurants are withing walking distant and my family and I felt safe walking in the area. Please add more English speaking channels to your TV Guide, a movie channel would be nice, not just CNN and Fox News. "

"The coffee at the bar was delicious. The hotel has all the potential to be a great hotel. The GYM and the pool are fantastic. However, the shower looked run down. Same as the room floor. It requires a better maintenance."
