"The check in process was quite long, approx 30 minutes which is unusual. The property and rooms were modern, well appointed and maintained. We were searching for the do not disturb sign which we discovered was actually a button on the wall. Very cool. The surrounding area had a wide variety of shops and restaurants including a pharmacy and convenience store right across the street. Very walkable and safe. Absolutely loved hanging out at the rooftop bar! "

"The location is very good and the staff, especially in Gastro Bar were exceptionally good, very pleasant, friendly and helpful despite my very limited Spanish. The staff at the desk were also really good and the only criticism I have is about the rooftop bar area. It looked dated and in need of a refresh along with the front of the hotel which was being worked on during my stay."

"The resort was located in a good area. The rooms were spacious. The bar had $5 drinks every day from 6pm -9pm. Didn't use the pool but it was clean. The restaurant had an asian fusion flare. The wings were very good and truffle fries were freshly made. Had a late check out for a small fee. "

"The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The pool area was beautiful as were the views from our room. The food was good and there were restaurants close by. The only downside was there were renovations happening throughout not only this hotel but the buildings next door so whether inside or outside you could hear the construction crews. "

"The coffee at the bar was delicious. The hotel has all the potential to be a great hotel. The GYM and the pool are fantastic. However, the shower looked run down. Same as the room floor. It requires a better maintenance."
