"Longer wait at front desk - for such a big hotel with hundreds of room 1 or 2 front desk seems simply out of proportion, especially during typical check in time. some of them needed help as well so they keep bouncing with Manager for help. I requested 2 rooms next to each other which they failed to support, so the family was split. One rooms water faucet broke. Longer wait at elevator as well. Overall location is the value for money, soo close to timesquare."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
