"This property was clean and the room was nice. The bed was okay for one night, but not the best I’ve ever slept on. They have a beautiful area to eat in, very good food. I highly recommend eating there. The staff was friendly, but not overly friendly. I would recommend this place to stay. "

"The room was very well presented and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and polite. On check in we were not upgraded even though we had VIP status and we were not informed of the 20% discount on the restaurant. They say they have smart TVs but there is no netflix to sign into and no option to connect an Amazon fire stick. I called reception to ask for assistance but they said they didnt know which was disappointing. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. "

"We always stay at the Radisson Red every time we are in LHR. The hotel is a 5 min drive from LHR. The room is big and the hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of options. Staff is very helpful. "
