"The hotel is just across the corner from Hatton cross underground station, ideal if you travel from Heathrow. The check in was slow (only one receptionist was working) and thee queue was also long when I checked out. Although the hotel has two receptions, the one that's closer to the underground station was closed.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, I slept well."

"Check in was absurd. After we waited in line and got to the desk it took them 45 minutes to find us the proper room on our reservation. The employee had to talk to the manager 5 times.
Then to add insult to injury we received a parking ticket as we were in the loading zone too long because of them!!! $35 pounds. So now I get to call. Hotel was fine. Nothing special nothing terrible. When I asked about the car sitting in the loading zone because of the delay they said no problem."

"This hotel is an easy bus ride from terminal 2. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was great. Price was good. Food was good too."

"The style of the property was to my personal liking, a touch of the old world but still very modern and tasteful.
The staff were always helpful, considering it being mainly an airport hotel, with constant movement of travelers waiting for connections.
The restaurant was available to guests throughout the day which I found very help , especially while chilling out between flights, and again the restaurant staff were always helpful and attentive.
All in all, a great Hotel!"
