"The only reason to stay at the hotel is because one needs to be close to the airport. From that perspective the hotel works well. "Check in was absurd. After we waited in line and got to the desk it took them 45 minutes to find us the proper room on our reservation. The employee had to talk to the manager 5 times. Then to add insult to injury we received a parking ticket as we were in the loading zone too long because of them!!! $35 pounds. So now I get to call. Hotel was fine. Nothing special nothing terrible. When I asked about the car sitting in the loading zone because of the delay they said no problem."

"I took a bus from the airport; the journey went smoothly, and the bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Although the hotel itself is showing its age a bit, it was very clean, well-soundproofed, and the bed and shower were comfortable. One downside was that the windows were quite dirty; as I had been looking forward to watching planes take off and land, this was a bit disappointing. The staff were kind and provided excellent service, making for a pleasant one-night stay....
