"It was overall a good experience. The room showed signs of wear and tear and its age but it was very clean and the staff were great. The air con didnt seem to function correctly so we opted for fans. Vu was a wonder dining experience."

"Todo estuvo bueno"

"This is the hotel I chose for my first trip to London. It’s really close to Covent Garden and also very close to Chinatown. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Along the way, there are lots of cafés, fast-food places, souvenir shops, and so on. On the side of the hotel, heading toward Covent Garden, there’s an M&S Food Food market. "جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

On the positive side, the front desk staff were genuinely helpful and...

"Good"

"Great stay, love Canary Wharf!"

"We liked the location and the room was good. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the lack of places to put clothes. The closet was very small and there were no drawers. There was only one place put your suitcase - so 2 people travelling had one person with their suitcase in the floor. The bathroom was also limited for items. The walk in shower was good. Restaurant staff were great and very attentive. Menu could include a few more basic items for picky eaters."

"Rude staff. They were dismissive and brusque. The hotel is quite generic, which is fine but not at that price."
