"Great property, excellent staff and a pet friendly hotel. The staff is courteous and friendly. The only let down was no breakfast and the restaurant prices are high. However, there is Starbucks and Tim Hortons that is about a mile drive from the hotel where you can get food. "

"The overall experience was very good. Clean, new, modern hotel. Food and light rail in walking distance. the customer service was generally good and pleasant to talk to. The only inconvenience is the garage. The parking space is a dedicated space, but the access to the space has to bo through public parking areas, and you may experience traffic jam. It can be a bit confusing as well. But once you figure out the best parking "route", you'll find no issue at all."

"Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. "

"Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. "

"Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. "sent the house rules 2 days before; the house rules were completely different than what was mentioned to us when we were paying to rent the place. The rules didn’t work for us so we weren’t able to cancel and then kicked us out. Was getting work done on the property while we had the property until 12. n the email no people that aren’t on the reservation can stay after 9pm. Owner lives downstairs and kept calling, texting and coming upstairs when even a single noise was made. Insisted no more...
