We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The staff (especially Banan) were lovely and very helpful. The room (a corner room, which I highly recommend) was beautiful and so well appointed and quiet (even though the air train is just below the building). The location and proximity to the air train was perfect as well. We will definitely be returning!

Very clean and nice hotel - note that while the toilet has a door, the shower does not (at least in my room). Fine if solo travelling.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel was easy to find and proximity to the sky train was a plus. Parking fees were reasonable and the restaurant was classy and had good drinks. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the sliding frosted glass bathroom door. If it had been just me and my partner, it would not have been an issue but with a family member sharing the room it was not the most comfortable.

The food is great in the restaurant. The room was too cold and the heat would not respond to the thermostat. The area has a lot of homeless and drug users as soon as it starts to get dark. During the day it was fine and most facilities ( banks, restaurants, shopping) within walking distance

We enjoyed our returning visit to the Civic Hotel! Welcome & helpful staff to easy parkade parking made our check in simple. The hotel is very clean and smells great! The rooftop pool was fun for a dip in the sunshine after a travel day too. We ordered room service from Dominion and it was prompt and yummy. Location is handy being so close to the Surrey Central Station to ride the sky train or a quick drive to Guilford Mall for some shopping. The beds were comfy and I particularly noticed the carpet was quite plush on my bare feet. Quite an enjoyable stay - we will be back again.

Great hotel. Clean. Near the train station. Note, this hotel is nearly 45 min train ride away from Vancouver downtown. Surrey is great, btw. Nearby mall is excellent. Few things to do nearby. Staff was nice. Breakfast is not included but the restaurant options are fantastic.

This hotel is clean, modern, and has a restaurant and a coffee shop inside. Couple of minor downsides, the air freshener in the hall when you step off the elevator is obnoxiously strong. And the coffee maker in the room was not working. Not deal-breakers but just wanted to note.
