"The hotel was not worth the price we paid. The room was quite small, and access to the amenities was not included, despite the high room rate. We were told that using the pool would cost an additional $20 per person, per visit. Breakfast was also priced at $40 per person, which is extremely expensive by Japanese standards. Overall, the hotel was overpriced, and the quality, amenities, and overall experience did not justify the cost. It was disappointing and offered poor value for money."

"Beautiful hotel in the bustling streets of Shinjuku. Lovely staff, clean and close to all the trains, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar put the icing on the cake."

"Breakfast was good but it’s below the Japanese high standards"

"Wir haben 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und es war alles toll. Mega Aussicht aufs Tokio und zum Geburtstag unserer Tochter gab es eine kleine Überraschung. Alles sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Auch beim Versenden unserer Koffer war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Eine absolute Empfehlung."

"Hotel was so clean , super helpful staff. Everything was well thought out, we even had umbrellas for when it rained for all hotel guests."

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful. There was a cab waiting downstairs all day and made it very fast to go to places. Convenient to some great shopping."
