"Stayed here as it was practically next door to the start of the Tokyo Marathon and had zero regrets. Besides the ideal location, there were enough eating options/restaurants below the hotel. Amenities were excellent. Liked the breakfast. And walking distance to the Shinjuku Station."

"Room was perfect for our stay, despite being on the small side. Shower was great! We thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the complimentary pyjamas!"

"Super convenient and comfortable. The basement 7-Eleven was perfect for quick snacks, and the in-house restaurant made dining easy. The on-site laundromat was a big plus for longer stays. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, metro and Shinjuku Central Park."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We paid ¥60,000 per night and the moment we walked into the room, we considered leaving and booking somewhere else. Tiny room, wrong configuration, and the hotel was so overcrowded we couldn’t even get breakfast. To top it off, we saw the same room available that night for nearly half the price. Extremely poor value! would not stay again!"

"Great location close to the train station but in a quieter part of Tokyo. Hotel had a great buffet breakfast and amazing Onsen. Family size room was very spacious. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Staff member was very helpful in assisting with sending our luggage ahead using baggage shipping service. We didn’t know how to complete the forms and she helped to guide us through the process."

"Breakfast buffet was not very good poor quality of food and staff constantly came to our table to let us know the buffet closed at 9:40am. We were there for a total of 22 minutes and approached 3 times about closing. The carpet in the room was stained and looked worn. We had to ask for pillows. Great location mediocre service "
