"The biggest difference between Sunscapes and other resorts we’ve stayed at in the Hotel Zone is the food. The restaurants don’t take reservations, so it is easy to get into them. At peak times there may be a wait, but the food is so good in all of them that it’s worth it. Even the buffet has good food (yum, chilaquiles!). The main pool has a taco bar and plenty of people bringing drinks. The back pool has a hamburger and hotdog bar and drinks bar, but didn’t bring you drinks.

"The staff and room was good, wonderful beaches and scenry, we had a great view as well and response time was quick.
Unfortunately however, there was a drain smell coming up which was off putting for 2 days.
Overall, I recommend the hotel to others."

"Let me start with check - in Odalys was amazing! She listened to everything we said and gave us an amazing room! Honestly more than we dreamt of :) and Expedia is amazing at adding extras.
Favorite people that go above and beyond at breakfast- absolutely every waiter
At the pool bar- Luigi! Playmakers also amazing, smiling and interacting with guests. People that help with luggage … seriously staff at this resort is AMAZING!!!"

"Everything about the resort was great! The room was very clean and nice! The facility itself was very, very clean. Staff was always cleaning. And the staff were all so, so nice. The pool area was great. All the bars and restaurants were excellent. We do not have one bad thing to say about our stay...it was awesome!!"

"This is our second time at Dreams Jade and we loved it again! A big part of why the trip was so great is how nice all the staff are. Everyone is soo friendly and makes you feel so welcome! Special shoutouts to Juan at the Mexican restaurant, Karen who was the breakfast hostess at preferred Mercure (she is very sweet!), the two guy servers at the preferred pool were amazing and the guy in preferred lounge made me the best iced coffees I’ve ever had!
