"Perfect for cruise travelers as they will take your luggage to check onto ship. Room key didn’t work, locked out, waited in a line to get another and that didn’t work. Security guy came up with a laptop and finally got us in. He was awesome but desk clerks were just ok, seemed frazzled but it was busy. Little things, light broken, no info brochure in room etc."
