"This is a new property. It is attached to the fabulous Lotte mall so you don't even have to go outside to go to the mall. The roof top bar and infinity pool are superb. Our room on 20th floor with a balcony offered a fabulous view of West Lake and privacy. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a minor problem with the sliding glass door to the balcony making wind noise one evening and the building team immediately fixed it. I would suggest making your own transportation arrangements,...

They will sit you down and review a map of Hanoi with you, then proceed to walk you to your room. You see the same familiar faces at the front desk each day, and they remember you! The front desk staff are also extremely familiar with the Old Quarter and have yummy food recommendations. They will recommend the hole in the wall...
