"I really liked how close to all the things I wanted to see and do, I liked the businesses such as Bond41 and Gayle's and The Rum House - it was great to visit and then be able to go right to my room after. What I didnt like - it took me 4 days, and 2 calls (1 hr apart) to get my VIP perk (bottle of wine). So if you are VIP, just be persistent. You will hear honking (they love to honk in this city) and the occassional sirens, but you are in the city. I liked that I had a balcony but sad that...

"My bed had yellow stains on the sheets. Food crumbs from previous people on floor. Bathroom was pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Room was a little on the warm side and couldn’t seem to get the ac to kick on. Wasn’t horrible but was not very clean"
