"Not sure if "Heaven on Earth" is a technical description, but there you go. Fabulous linens and bed, beautiful room, sparkling clean everything, cheerful staff dedicated to helping you (including the doorman), in short: we will no longer stay anywhere else in NYC! Perfect location!!!!!"

"Great location if you want to be steps away from time square. Can be noisy at night if you like to go to bed early. We didn’t mind the noise outside. We could hear the neighbors through the joining room. That was a bit annoying. The staff was helpful when we called but no one made up our room the whole stay. Not sure if you need to ask or not. The rooms are a little out dated, but they were clean. Overall a decent place. I would stay there again."

"Excellent location in midtown in order to travel north or south of the manhattan. The rooms were large and comfortable, but the lighting in the room was very dim. We sent a note to the manager but there was no response. The only thing that was not good was charging the resort fee which was about $50 a day for amenities that most people in the hotel do not use. Restaurant off the lobby for breakfast and dinner was convenient and the staff were very attentive. However the breakfast was expensive...
