"This is my second time staying at the Artezen and it will continue to be my "home away from home" when I visit NYC. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the bar is fantastic and it's in a fabulous location very close to the subway. Can't wait to come back next year!"

"We visited for one evening with my teen daughter and niece to shop and see the City touristy stuff, and it was perfect. The room was CLEAN, like really clean, and it was really quiet. We were on the 41st floor out of 43 with a great view of the Freedom Tower and just blocks from the best bagels in NYC and the Wall Street Bull. The only drawback was the elevator system, which provided only three elevators for a lot of people, so being so high up, we were not able to take the stairs realistically. Also, we brought a car and, not going to lie, it was a pain. The parking was about a 10-15 minute walk, although it says five, and the garage was not the most convenient. It was also $105 for less than 24 hours with validated parking by the hotel. Basically, parking was the worst of the trip... hotel itself was in a great location and I felt safe. "
