My room, as well as the lobbies and elevators, were very clean and the hotel staff did an excellent job in cleaning my room each day. I have stayed at this hotel on prior occasions and have always had good experiences. In addition, the hotel staff helped me quickly locate another room when my original room was so isolated (I always ask for a quiet room) that my cell phone and text messages were not getting through! I was literally able to make the room change in just a few minutes and my cell phone service worked perfectly in the new room. There were no additional charges related to the room change, and the final bill was exactly the amount indicated by Hotels.com "

"The people who work here are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and fun. And kind. The hotel is clean. It’s pet-friendly, which is great for me and my cat, Josie. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is next to Herald Square, so there’s good stuff to see and eat close by, and there’s a subway to get to other good stuff to see and eat in other parts of the city, if you don’t feel like walking. I always keep my eyes and ears open when I’m in New York, but this feels like a safe neighborhood. There is a little noise from the street, but my room was pretty quiet, and I slept without interruption. "

"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"
