"Everything about my stay was horrible. I selected a hotel with a pool indoor or outdoor. Their pool was down for maintenance . No one made me aware of it prior to me arriving to the property that was one of the main factors of me booking the hotel. Also,in my room the tub was filled halfway with water, and the stopper was broke off. I don’t know if the water came from being back up out the pipe or what then they woke us up with a fire alarm telling us we evacuate the property at 3:30"

"The parking was a real problem, explanation at the time of booking was minimal at best. I couldn’t even get to the valet because of some concert event. I packed in the lot next door to the hotel which said $10.00 overnight and turned out to be $50 for 5 hours, then had to retrieve my car out by midnight and valet it it with the hotel to get charged another $57. I will never stay there again it was a horrible experience Tom"

"The hotel has a very cool vibe, is modern and clean. Our rooms were great. Spacious and comfy. The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful, including the valet guys. We ate at the restaurant where the food was very reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend!!"
