"Good things: Great location, within walking distance of town. Hot tubs and sauna. Nice breakfast place, good service. No plastic bottles. Windows being washed! Coffee bar downstairs, opens early. Not so good: Can't open window in room more than a crack, loud A/C, dispensers for lotion and hair conditioner don't work very well, expensive valet, hot tubs not working. "

"Stay was amazing. Hotel was super clean and stocked. Only thing that was frustrating was on the day of our check out, we had 3 different hotel employees come knock on our door asking if we were ready to check out. Our check out time was 11am and this started around 8am - 10am. "

"Simply the best. Great location, ski in ski out to multiple lifts. Great rooms, spacious. Wonderful breakfast and next to the TBar and One Ski Grill areas. Easy parking, easy in and out, and the BEST people. Shuttle to town a piece of cake and gondola is right there!"
