"We stayed for 4 nights in a Junior Suite. Room was spacious and we loved the couch/lounger seating. Bed was comfortable, mini bar was well stock and reasonably prices. Expressor machine was nice to have the bathroom was very good."

"Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "

"A fantastic base for a London weekend. The staff were all helpful, accommodating and very attentive. Lovely breakfast with lots of tasty freshly cooked foods, great choice and nice dining area. Comfy, very warm rooms with plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. Our only criticism is that after dropping an item that went under the bed we moved the bed to retrieve the item to find a lot of debris liked popped balloons and a few big balls of fluff.
