"They made it very easy to travel with our dog. There was no hassle about bringing him. There is stations outside the building with signs for easy pet cleanup. The rooms are designated for pets but there is no odor of pets! "

"They catfished us! What the room that we booked, looked like in the pictures, were not even close to the room we were given. All the lights were on when we walked in like if someone was just in there and the room needed some serious deep cleaning. Our charger ports didn’t work, and the AC kept having malfunctions. The only reason why we didn’t mention something the night of check in was because it was already super late, but definitely mentioned before check out. I will never come here again,...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our sink as soon as we checked in. The front desk representative reported it right away and even made sure we knew it was fixed when we returned. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. "I’ve stayed at this hotel every year since they rebranded it from the Wyndham back in 2006-07. It’s always a pleasure staying here and they have done a great job remodeling the lobby. If though it was nice and clean, the rooms are very dated. My only recommendation is to make some changes to the rooms but the shared spaces are fantastic. Shout out to the Ironbound restaurant team for always being professional and welcoming "

"I love the design of the hotel. Rustic and industrial. But it feels like home. I love the live music on friday and saturdays. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The dinner is delicious. What i didnt like: Breakfast menu had no pancakes or fresh fruit on it. The pillows are too soft, gave me neck pain and i didnt sleep well."
