"This trip to the Westin San Jose was great, really nice place. The shower was amazing, rainfall shower head and it got hot quickly. The staff is very helpful. But there are a few things they could do better on. 1 - This is such a fancy hotel, why do they skimp on their toilet paper? Most everything else was first class, but why use TP that I is worse than what you will find in the bathroom at a gas station. 2 - They don't tell you about pet fees and "mandatory" valet parking. "The front door wasn’t welcoming at all. There was a sitting area full of smokers and I could barely breathe going in nor did I want to expose my young children to it. Luckily they had room access through the parking garage. Room very clean and comfortable. "

"This hotel was very clean and beautiful. It was modern and had nice things like a lighted bathroom mirror, rainfall showerheads. Everything looked modern and sleek. It was nice having an option to buy coffee and breakfast in the morning. Great place!"
