"Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good as usual. The only gripe I have with this location is the parking garage price. $45 is steep so definitely check reviews and look at full amenities before booking."

Cons: Right in the heart of city so can be loud on a Friday or Saturday night with the music. Big Con: We were there for 4 night and the building had no water for the first 2 days, requested some sort of compensation and got no answer on it."

"Having to pay for parking ( $20 for a one night stay) was never disclosed anywhere on their website or during booking. You arrive and realize the only parking option will be their parking lot and you will have to pay. Also the $100 credit hold at check in was not disclosed when I checked in at all. The seemed more concerned about charging extra for parking than informing me of the hold placed on my card. The room was decent. Small, but for the price and location it was ok. They can do better at disclosing all charges involved in staying."
