"the 1 star was for the staff who were not helpful but totally rude. this is not the staff at check in for the main hotel, but the staff across the street from the main hotel. they didn't know anything about the area, about public transportation, about sight seeing in the town...etc. it was always, "sorry ma'am". two ladies were complaining about the guests within earshot. so unprofessional. the only person i saw that was nice and patient was the young Chinese lady, everyone else was...

"The hotel is far too expensive for the state of the rooms; it's 2026 and there are no USB, B, or C ports. They're equipped with modem plugs like in the 2000s. Old fournitures. In short, I do not recommend it."

We weren’t able to check in very early but the trainee staff did their best considering all the cruise ship passengers that were in the hotel. The Five Sails restaurant in the hotel has been hit or miss...
