"The elevator service was simply inadequate. During our stay, we frequently had to wait several minutes to catch an elevator down to the lobby. There weren't enough elevators, sometimes one or more were out of service, and they were too small to accommodate all the hotel guests and their luggage. At least once, some of us, frustrated that we couldn't get an elevator to take us down to the elevator, pressed the "up" button, went up to the top floor, and then stayed on the elevator to get down...

"Very well appointed room, with ample electric outlets for our devices, with decent free wifi. We will be back. Our room was better and $100 less than MidTown Marriott (on 3rd Ave), where we have stayed before. Close to central park and the Theatre district and MOMA."
