"The hotel was itself was great, staff was awesome. My only complaint about was I booked the Club room, as I have done in many other hotels. I was disappointed when I learned that unless your their during service time, their was no offerings. Most properties will. Have access to sodas and bottled waters throughout the day. I was able to make it to breakfast on two occasions and met the wonderful Denise! She provided the best service with a warm welcome. The food was good, but more choices would...

"I thought the property was beautiful and well maintained. I also thought that the pool area was very nice. My bed and room were clean and super comfortable. Only thing is when I checked in the workers weren’t the friendliest. I saw the workers help other guests with their bags and give them information about the property, where with me I was given keys and goodbye. "

The location had lots of great food and entertainment options around, it was close enough to the convention center and the rooms were very nice. I have absolute no idea what kind of training the front desk and housekeeping staff have been given by they were extremely helpful and courteous at all times.
