"Ok stay. Room shower hopeless, no spray just dribble. Comfortable bed.Breakfast was good but staff slow to replenish everything, staff clearly lacked training. No HP sauce."

I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "

"Absolutely loved this Hotel. Surroundings were stunning & eating was extremely convenient. Any suggestions for improvements? Yes, the WiFi did not work from the room & even down stairs one had to jump through hoops for only momentary connection. That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. "

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view from our room, we were looking out onto the kitchen roof, complete with ventilation ducts, didn’t spoil out stay but some screening would have been nice.
