"Arc the Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just minutes away from Parliament Hill, the O-Train (Parliament Station), Byward Market, the Rideau Centre, and City Hall. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the lobby detox water (infused with lemon and lime) that was available in the lobby. My hotel room was adequate, although the air conditioner was a little loud. The bathroom was very clean, but the water at the sink had the tendency to splash...
