"A beautiful, quaint hotel in a lovely area. The food was fantastic! Our evening meal was delicious and served in a relaxed but beautiful dining room. All the staff were extremely helpful but Alicia and Amy made our stay extra special with their conversation and friendliness. Our room was very clean with all amenities but next time we would book a bigger room. We would definitely recommend The Charles Hotel. 5 mins walk into town, free parking and amazing staff!!! "

One of the best parts was talking to the owners; it quickly became evident why they call it "Explorer House." The house only has three rooms and you are seated together for breakfast, enhancing the experience one gets with a true B&B. Cannot recommend this one enough."

"This is the best possible location for a stay in Niagra on the lake. The property is stunning, it's quiet, the view of the water is spectacular, and it's a 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. There are 3 wings, so max 3 couples can stay here at any time, and therefore lots of personal space for everyone. If you want solitude, but access to everything Niagra on the lake has to offer, this is it."
