"This was our 1st time at this hotelin Canada. The rooms are way up in this tower so they are small but we wanted one with the full view of the falls it didn't disappoint, they have 3 of these rooms. You go up a elevator to get to your rooms and the hallways are narrow and you are actually going Around inside the tower to get to your rooms but we had a spectacular view! It did not disappoint. If you are wanting your vehicle close by its not but it is in a closed lot and they have a shuttle...

"The good - room size was huge and looked nice, the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast in bed was nice, perfect location for walking to the attractions ... but here's the bad - the bed mattress was hard as a rock and you could feel the uneven slats underneath. Even the mattress topper given by staff didn't help. The shower immediately flooded the bathroom and staff had to replace a piece on the door to help seal it. A request to move to another room due to those issues...

"The room was being renovated and therefore only 1/2 finished. There were no tables, no desk, no TV console, lamps or art. Just beds, 3 chairs and nightstands. And the AC didn’t work. When I asked for a credit, they said they couldn’t do anything. I should have been told when checking in."

You have to cast from your phone/apps to watch tv. There is no local cable on tv The hotel markets themselves as an “extension stay” accommodation. There was no room for clothes. Four hangers. We asked for a few more but never got them. There is a console under the tv but that was good for nothing but maybe an is room safe...

"The room was nice, we couldn't figure how to get the jet tub to work because the controls are behind a door that we left open. We also wanted to do room service, but no menu in the room. We called down to have one brought up, but after an hour we just went downstairs and ate at the bar. View was spectacular, over all it was a good trip."

"We had someone staying in the building that kept us awake most of our second. He was his phone in the common area talking to a woman. The conversation was loud and we could hear her conversation as well. It was 12:20 in the morning when my wife asked him to stop. The staff living on site did nothing. We were not impressed. That second night stay should actually be refunded. Never had an experience like that at a B&B before."

"Convenient location for WeGo bus. Our accommodation was clean with room service on the third day. The extra living space consisted of pullout couch which we didn't use, comfortable chair, TV, table with two chairs, cupboard with microwave and small fridge. Coffee maker was also provided with coffee and tea supplies. All day coffee and cookies available at guess services. My one complaint qas the TV in bedroom and TV in living room did not have a clear picture and were small."

They would not help us to re-book in another property or even another city even after reaching out multiple times to the local property as well as to Wyndham corporate to try to find alternative accommodations. I fully understand that emergencies happen but you should also try to help your customers to...
