"Clean, great location and friendly professional staff"

"I loved staying here, brilliant area to stay in if you are going to choose Brooklyn, close to the subway but also walking distance to great cafes and quiet streets if you are looking to explore close to the hotel. (Which some mornings is a very nice thing to do). One of the things that stand out about the hotel is how incredibly clean your room is, these are not rooms that are easy to keep clean, but the housekeeping staff do a brilliant job of it, so you feel at home very quickly. The hotel lobby and bar is continuously busy and buzzy, but that adds to the lovely environment and vibe of the hotel and it's welcoming, relaxed vibe. I stayed on the 8th floor and there is absolutely no noise once you are in your room, none at all, it's so peaceful, I loved that. Overall, a wonderful stay and I really wish I had booked a longer stay. "

"The hotel is beautiful and a great central location. The service was also excellent and while you will be charged an additional 50 per night per stay, 25 of that can be used on purchases such as food. The only caveat is the fact that the rooms are small and the toilet has basically see through glass. We could not find the fan in the bathroom and ended up using the bathroom in the lobby for privacy ( myself and daughters.) I would say make sure if this is a romantic get away you are comfortable in this situation. They have coffee at 7am and on beautiful days they open the entire front of the hotel so you can enjoy the sunshine! Don't worry about the noise. We brought earplugs based upon another review but it was unnecessary. "

"We stayed a week and had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I had written ahead to alert the staff to my severe feather allergy. Unfortunately the room we checked in to still had what seemed like feathers, but the staff very quickly sorted everything and checked in multiple times. The “Cozy” rooms are indeed small, but it was comfortable. We enjoyed the bar most nights and liked the vibrant atmosphere and great location. Would stay again. "
