While I was checking in, another guest was at the front desk showing photos and complaining about the cleanliness of her room, which was already concerning. "I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!"
