"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "My room was not ready like it was supposed to be at 4:00 so I did not even get checked in totally until 5:00. The toilet was running on and off all night. the pool area was closed and I wanted to swim but could not do that and that was one of my main reasons for even going there. the windows was severely dirty. you had to pay for breakfast when I said it was included. Oh yeah when I got there found out I had to give $100 deposit when I was never told that when I booked the room"
