"Absolutely amazing will be back !"

"Very nice, clean hotel, had no issues was a perfect stay"

"A hotel in easy reach of Shinjuku Station. Entrance beside the hotel is only for the E, S and KO lines, if you're arriving by JR lines (including N'Ex) you should take the New South Exit instead. Staff were welcoming and helpful on arrival, and the amenity corner was very well stocked."

"The staff were extremely patient and helpful, with checking us in as well as helping us mail our suitcases to our next destination. The amenities kit was over flowing. Great location. Also the room had temperature control, really important for a smaller room. Would stay again."

"Location is perfect!"

"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay! Be aware that this is a populated area with noise, traffic and crowds -- especially at night. Nothing too severe, but it's a environment for nightlife. If you love shops and restaurants, then this hotel easily accessible to all of those things. I stayed on a very high floor (Floor 12) and did not hear much...

"Very impressed. The staff was helpful and kind and had an enjoyable stay"

"All good"

"This hotel is very well located. Walking distance to the train station and shopping centre The room is clean and quiet In our room the air conditioner is facing the bed and blowing cold air straight to my face. Trying to set the cold wind to weak, didn’t succeed. asked the receptionist to help, she could only turn the air conditioner off. Wouldn’t either change a room or change the strength of the cold air. I got sick after three days sleep in the cold air that was blowing into my face. We...

"清潔な客室であった"

"Wi-Fiは安定しないので、ないと思っておいた方が良いと思います"

"The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

"2nd time staying at KOKO Ginza. 1st time stayed at non-premium floor. This time at premium floor. Some noticeable differences. Some good, some just different. The room was bigger in a sense that it had an area for me to open my luggage completely. Products in the bathroom were better too, including facial lotions, face wash, mouthwash, and hair brush. Coffee pod machines were available in the room, but also in the lounge area. A premium floor dedicated coin washer/dryer machine was available...

"Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small."
