"All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this...

"Staff were so nice and friendly! They helped me with everything including helping me contact tour guides, helping me find fun things to do, and helping me find transportation. They also allowed me to have a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was delicious!!"

"What we like the most was the reception. Our stay at Pousada Jardim das Margaridas was very special, not only because the location is beautiful and very convenient for accessing beautiful beaches and the Quadrado, where there are bars and restaurants with a lively nightlife, but above all because of the attention and hospitality of all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and ready to give us great tips on excursions. Many thanks to everyone, especially Camila, Cida and Gil. See you next time! "
