"Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com os cuidados de manutenção da pousada. Encontrei cupins no teto do banheiro, e o mesmo não tinha box para conter a água, o que acabava molhando todo o ambiente. Além disso, a porta do quarto e a tampa da privada estavam quebradas, o que prejudicou bastante a estadia. Precisei sair dois dias antes do previsto por conta de um problema pessoal e não obtive nenhum retorno da pousada, que simplesmente ignorou minhas mensagens.
