"The rooms are clean and updated. The location is great, it is easy to get to from the freeway and easy to get around Vancouver. There are many great eating options within walking distance. We appreciate that we can bring our dog. The only thing we are unhappy about is that they renovated the fitness area and removed the sauna - the sauna was one of main reasons we stayed there. We were quite disappointed."

"Tge room was comfortable and clean. Property not so much. Its a great budget choice right on Burrard street and walkable to all city center areas. Shops on Robson, restaurants, all in 10-15mins walking distance. Staff very nice. Don’t expect anything fancy! This just truly a 70s style budget motel. Worked right for us."

"Air conditioning didn't seem to work well. TV was small and no cable. Otherwise a clean room and centrally located."

"I’m"

"Hotel was in for an extreme makeover and did an incredible job with all the latest fixtures and anemities. Coffee machine downstairs and easy parking were the highlights...rooms are smaller than normal"

"Great stay in comfortable room and great location central to everything in Richmond"

"The front desk service in the hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and the hotel manager is very friendly."

"Hair was seen in the bathroom and it wasn’t ours. Other than that, it was clean. The hotel is surrounded by food. Every type of Asian food is available. Smelled delicious. Doesn’t look like the best part of town, but it is close to the airport which is why we chose it. Make sure you schedule with the front desk if you need the shuttle to the airport. They can fill up quickly! We had to go a little earlier than planned because the shuttle we needed was already full."

"Horrible smell in the hallways, carpets smelled like rot. Unsafe area!"

"Room suited our needs well. Although we were up a floor, there was an elevator directly outside the door. The bed was different than we are used to, but overall comfortable. Close to Costco for some last minute airplane snacks and a light dinner. Very short shuttle ride to YVR Airport and it’s included with your stay. Our flight was very early and the shuttle got us there in good time. The price was fair for the convenience aspect."
