"Location is not the best however the staff are very helpful and that’s what made the trip for us. It’s hard travelling with a kid as the amenities are lacking- eg there are no kettles in the room and had to walk to another building to get drinking hot water for my child."

"Great"

"Air conditioning was great, the balcony was a nice addition to our room! Centrally located to major Venice hot spots."

"Es barato y buena experiencia"

"Lovely Italian hotel situated with easy access to ferry/boats. Staff here were very helpful with explaining best way to visit the islands, attractions in Venice and dining out. Used the restaurant one evening and food was lovely and very reasonable. Breakfast good. About a 25 minute walk to public beach, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Would recommend this hotel ."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! We got here in the afternoon, checked in, and they directed us to another building and different address than which was originally booked. The room looked and felt like a dungeon, walls were smelly, humid, and smelled like mold. WE could not sleep. WE ARE ALSO AN older couple. We went to the office to change the room, and the receptionist was very rude and told us we were aggressive. She was not helpful at all. Save your money and do no book here."
