"Lovely stay, fantastic staff. The rooms could use updating"

"Wouldn’t recommend"

"This was our first trip to Japan and staying in the Asakusa area. We could not have asked for a better hotel or location. The staff were incredibly helpful and we enjoyed interacting with them. The room was clean and a decent size for two people. We requested a room with two twin beds. The room came with lots of amenities. I also liked that there is a washer and dryer on site as we had to do laundry. We didn't get the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely recommend and stay...

Late-Night-Soba sind ausgesprochen gut (All you can eat).

"Hotel is in a fantastic location with great amenities. The public bath was a lifesaver after long days in hot and humid Tokyo. Staff was very helpful with forwarding our luggage. Rooms are small but manageable for a couple and the under bed storage helps. Beds were comfy. My husband and I would definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"The hotel was located in a very central area, very easy to get around in Ginza. However, the bathrooms were not clean (mouldy grout). The washing machines located on level 1 are hybrid (washing/drying) and the dryer doesn't work. I would not rely on this for your stay. We ended up paying for multiple dryer loads at the hotel only to take the wet but hot clothes to a laundromat nearby, which was disappointing."

"Location is convenient for my needs. Accessible and convenient"
