"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"This is a lovely boutique hotel. The owners have taken a lot of care to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The decor is beautiful with lovely art work throughout. The bathroom was up-to-date and very clean. Our dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and the wait staff were attentive and fun. The photo is the view from our hotel room. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future."
