"Well located Victoria hotel - walkable to all major downtown attractions in Victoria. Quiet enough at night. Staff were all very nice (although they seemed a little understaffed - longer waits for check in etc.). Only downside is that parking is quite hard to find - the hotel has a couple of designated lots, which seemed to be full when we arrived (got a spot later). The 18th floor restaurant is absolutely worth it - spectacular views on a clear day! Buffet brunch was just so-so, but made...

"Everything was wonderful! Except we didn’t get housekeeping service. So didn’t get clean dishes or clean towels or garbage emptied. But it was doable. Told the check out about it and they said they would surely have a staff meet about it. But that was all they said. Otherwise great hotel and stay! Very much enjoyed it. Loved the pool and hot tub! "

"For an older hotel it was nice. The one draw back was no a/c. However we had a tower fan in the room and opened the window. It was fun to watch the activity down below.. Location was everything. Such a walkable area. View was amazing. The staff were very friendly and happy to supply information and answer questions.We ate one meal downstairs and it was good."
