"Well located with excellent buffet breakfast both Japanese and European food suitable for children"

"I had a great stay. I wish i had been able to get decent heating in my suite. (Heating was controlled entirely by an central system.) Every evening was cold."

"Location is perfect!"

"Excellent hotel with an easy check in and check out process. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If your desire is to stay in Roppongi Hills or near Ginza, this is a great place to stay!

"Excellent"

They also nicely held onto our luggage after we checked out so we could walk around before our flight without our bags. Staff was...
