"They had no on site parking due to construction which was fine…the staff was NOT clear they charged for this major inconvenience which was the hotels issue. I was charged a standard fully refundable security deposit of $100 which was explained as such, so when I only got $70 back I asked why of course and they said they charged me for parking at $29.90. That was the price for valet service in which I did not use, I parked my own car down the street at an off site parking facility and I was given a QR code to park there overnight for FREE! They told me after I called asking about the refund being light that everyone gets charged parking whether you use the valet or not! WHAT???? "

"The staff at this hotel is always welcoming and respectful. The breakfast, with made to order omelets and cheerful breakfast room staff, is great! The bed and pillows are cozy. The price is a great value for such a nice hotel with all the amenities. "
