"Not a good experience. The carpet was dirt and had a rip in between the queen beds, the wall in which the AC unit is at was dirty with splats of brown, and the curtains smelled awful not to mention the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. We did not complete our stay and will not return."

"I'm going to start with the cons because folks should be warned: This place is VERY run down/grimy. Dingy, banged up furniture. Broken outlet plates, key cards that sometimes work, sometimes don't. No central air, so be prepared for an effective but LOUD wall unit. The carpet and the seating area in the lounge were filthy. And here's the worst part - in spite of being on the 3rd floor... ANTS all over the place in the room! Swarming the trash, my dog's food bowl, etc. When I went to tell them...

"Room was perfect for us . My mom used to handicap and appreciated all the amenities. Excellent breakfast and cookies in the evening. We will be back when we visit family near by."

"Love the updated room. Extremely convenient location."

"The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good"
