"I liked the history of the property ie that it was where lots of celebrities stayed there before they boarded a Cunard liner to cross the Atantic. There were so many other places of interest around the Adelphi which I liked."

"We had a lovely two day break in room 522 which had a balcony overlooking the canal which was unexpected. Breakfast lovely and staff very nice. Reception staff were very helpful when we booked a pizza, then took receipt of it and delivered it to our door complete with plates and cutlery. Thank you all xx"

"Overall had a lovely stay with my daughters. Big spacious room and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Great location, ammenities in close proximity within driving range. Small attention to detail would have been great. Room 119: remote control back cover was missing and the room key card holder cover was missing. Toilet was not flushing well. Lift could do with a makeover. But overall, a lovely stay."
