"The property is nice. There are several Holiday Inn Express hotels in central Liverpool, so make sure you are booking the one closest to where you are going to spend time - we probably didn't! The rooms are very small and not much room for luggage - perfect if you are having a weekend break but not so good if you are travelling for weeks like we were and had more luggage.
