"We enjoyed the "quaintness" of the place. Felt "old time" and sitting out by the fountain was nice. I love the "Old Senator" tree being right there on the property. Only one issue, our a/c unit was Very Loud. Let the staff know on the way out so they could have it addressed. Nice stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this resort especially all of the amenities and proximity to beach. The bed was comfy and bedroom relatively clean. I found a few errant mystery hairs around the bathroom on our arrival but after that day housekeeping cleaned it properly. Bathroom needs refreshing some caulking in spots but overall it was a very pleasant stay highly recommend for a budget friendly family getaway."

"We are a family of 6 and this is our 3rd time staying at this hotel for a little getaway. Everything here is excellent. They are doing some construction on the front of the beach because of the hurricane that passed over last year. So for now the beach access is on the left side of the hotel. But it doesn’t even bother me. Our family loves this hotel in St.Augustine and everything in the area."

"The staff were excellent. I forgot a shopping bag with several items inside. The camber maid found my bag shortly after I checked out. The front staff desk person called me on my cell phone. I was able to return to the hotel before heading home and retrieve my items. Thank you for the amazing customer service."

"We have stayed in this area many times but this hotel is the jewel of St. Augustine. They treat you like family and do all they can to accommodate guest. I gave five stars because it is as high as I can give on the site but it’s really a 10 10 10. You will be so pleased if you stay. "

"Located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby bars (though I didn’t get to try any of them). Super easy parking. Both outdoor lot & indoor garage available. All of the staffs I encountered were nice and friendly. Room’s very clean, but I feel like it’s time for a new AC filter. I woke up with stuffy nose which is very unusual for me as a person with no allergies at all. Additionally, the room was freezing cold and the AC controller didn’t really do anything.
