Our room was cleaned every day. One day I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room, and it was still there waiting for me when we got back. The staff is honest and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bartenders were very nice and knew what they were doing.

Liz is an excellent and truly empathetic host and most importantly, a woman with a heart of gold . She took care of all my needs and answer my questions with a genuine smile no matter how busy she was at the moment. Yara at the restaurant, nice, open and full of energy. I love her attention to detail and truly appreciate her service and her smile every single morning. I loved smoked salmon for breakfast!

I used my points to book a room. Staff was great very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately my room had clogged drains as well as mold on the ceiling in the bathroom since the exhaust fan did not work. Bed was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. Otherwise hotel is old fashioned but clean food from buffet and staff was great. Hotel was quiet which was nice.
