"This Hotel is really really nice, the rooms are spotless, I believe it is Family owned, I have stayed there before, actually 3 times, this is our go to when going to St Augustine, and its only maybe, 12 minutes to Downtown, I highly recommend them, Enjoy "

"Just to be clear I am familiar with the area and knew this was going to be a cheap low budget place. Any criticism is more a warning or a what you can expect. Room was clean, quiet and apparently fairly well sound proofed. Technically it is non-smoking however the guest just walkout to the walkways just outside the rooms to do their smoking. So for the most part there is the constant smell of tobacco and Marijuana. My bathroom reeked of it the entire time. The water jumped from scalding hot to...

"This property has a very retro vibe. The pool is small but adequate. The property is definitely outdated but it met our needs, had a roomie bathroom and comfy bed. It was clean. The proximity to the beach and st Augustine was amazing. I would definitely stay here again in hopes that they continue to make updates to the property. "
